BUNURONG MEMORIAL PARK

Chapels & Civil Site Works

This project has comprised conversion of farmland to a new Memorial Park; the works have included all major service infrastructure, earthworks, roads, drainage, lakes, pavement and car parking amenity. New building includes chapels, office/reception rooms and associated support facilities.

GUM SAN

Chinese Heritage Museum

The two storey concrete structure has a steel framed roof, combining modern framing, with traditional Chinese tiling. The building is built partly over a historic mine, which has been partly exposed for display.

STAR OF THE SEA COLLEGE, GARDENVALE

Multi Purpose Sports Area

This project included the upgrade of an existing asphalt multi-purpose hardstand area and natural grass playfield to develop a new synthetic sports facility over approximately 3500m2. Coloured line marking has differentiated the sports now available are basketball, netball tennis, volley ball, softball and part markings for hockey including perimeter fencing and associated new and improved drainage works.

HAILEYBURY COLLEGE

Swimming Pool Complex

The complex incorporates a 50 metre reinforced concrete indoor pool designed in accordance with the F.I.N.A. requirements. The project includes a steel framed building, pool equipment plant room, changing rooms and entry foyer etc. The design of the pool incorporates a floating boom which permits dual use of the pool as a 50 metre pool or a 25 metre pool plus diving facility or water polo etc.
